Sun Heping was appointed the new ambassador to Nepal, replacing Wu Congyong.

Wu Sike was appointed the new ambassador to Egypt, replacing Liu Xiaoming.

Huang Jiemin replaces Luo Xingwu as the new ambassador to Libya.

Liu Yuhe replaces Zhu Bangzao as the ambassador to Tunis and Palestine.

Wang Xiaoyuan is appointed as the new ambassador to the Equatorial Guinea, replacing Xu Changcai.

Yuan Guohou, ambassador to Congo, is replaced by Wo Ruidi.

Lu Yongshou, ambassador to Ghana, gave his position to Zhang Keyuan.
