Li Huaxin was appointed the new ambassador to Syria, replacing Zhou Xiuhua.
Chai Xi was appointed the new ambassador to Malta, replacing Liu Zhengxiu.
Zhang Junsai was appointed the new ambassador to Australia, replacing Fu Ying.
Li Qiangmin was appointed the new ambassador to Zambia, replacing Li Baodong.
Zheng Xianglin was appointed the new ambassador to Nepal, replacing Sun Heping.
Zhi Zhaolin was appointed the new ambassador to Slovenia, replacing Wang Fuyuan.
Gao Jian was appointed the new ambassador to Norway, replacing Chen Naiqing.
