On May 10, 2023, Ambassador Hou Yue visited the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise （NHO）and communicated with Director General Mr. Ole Erik Almlid.

Ambassador Hou said that as the largest employer organization in Norway and the main advocates of Norwegian industry and commerce, NHO plays an important and constructive role in Norwegian society and has long-term cooperation with relevant Chinese institutions. We hope that NHO can continue to play a positive role and provide support for promoting the economic and trade development between China and Norway.

Mr. Almrid warmly welcomed Ambassador Hou's visit, and introduced the cooperation between NHO and its Chinese counterparts. He shared his views on the future trend of Norway's economy, and expressed his willingness to strengthen cooperation with China in the fields of green transformation, climate change, energy, maritime, to further promote the economic and trade development between China and Norway.
