On 20th May, H. E. Ambassador-designate Xiao Jianguo attended the Hari Raya Open House of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brunei, and had amicable talks with Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Masna, Ambassador-at-Large at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brunei and Minister of Foreign Affairs II Dato Erywan at the Chinese booth.

The Embassy set up a gourmet booth characterized with Chinese culture, providing Chinese foodlike dim sum, cold noodles and Chinese tea, etc.,and distributing small gifts like panda,zodiac rabbit toys and Chinese knots, which were warmly welcomed by the attendees.
