On October 26th, H.E. Mr. Xiao Jianguo, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Brunei Darussalam attended launching of BETCON23. Mr. Xiao congratulated Liu Guangming, Minister at The Prime Minister's Office and Minister of Finance and EconomyⅡ, on the successful opening of BETCON23 and had friendly exchanges with him.
