On February 21, H.E. Ambassador Ouyang Yujing attended and delivered remarks at the Media Chinese International Limited (MCIL) Chinese New Year Gala and Sin Chew Daily 95th Anniversary Celebration. Also present, Chairman of MCIL, Mdm. Tiong Choon and President of Federation of Chinese Associations Malaysia (Huazong), Tan Sri Goh Tian Chuan.
