On March 4, Chinese Ambassador to Samoa Fei Mingxing met with the former Samoan Ambassador to China H.E Tapusalaia Terry To'omata, praising his contributions to the development of bilateral relations and hoping for his continued effort in fostering friendship between the two countries. 

Tapusalaia expressed his best wishes to the friendship between the two countries.
