On 26th September, H.E. Ambassador Xiao Jiaoguo met with Dato Steven Chong Wan Oon, the Honourable Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Brunei Darussalam and senior Registrars.

Ambassador Xiao spoke highly of the recent visit by Dato Steven Chong to China, emphasized the judicial cooperation is an important part ofbilateral cooperation, and the Embassy is ready to further promotejudicial exchanges between the two countries and contribute to the development of bilateral relations.

Dato Steven Chong appreciated the Chinese Embassy’s facilitation to the visit, shared the experience of the visit and highlighted the importance todeepen bilateral judicial cooperation.
