On October 15, Yin Chengwu, Chinese Ambassador to Liberia, met with Hon. Nehker E. Gaye, Co-Chair of the Foreign Affairs Committee, House of Representatives of Liberia. The two sides exchanged views on  China-Liberia relations.

Yin introduced the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation(FOCAC) and the meeting between the heads of state of China and Liberia during the summit, and expressed his willingness to work with Liberian representatives and other people from all walks of life to  implement the strategic consensus reached by the two heads of state and the outcomes of the FOCAC Summit, and continuously lift the China-Liberia strategic partnership to new levels.

Hon. Gaye expressed his willingness to work with China to advance practical cooperation and deepen the strategic partnership between the two countries.
