On November 12, Chinese Consul General in Penang H. E. Mr. Zhou Youbin attended the opening ceremony of "Great Victory, United for Peace" exhibition of artworks from the Chinese People's War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression. 

Also present were Mr. Mohd Suhairi Arumugam bin Abdullah, Representative of Dato' Mohamad bin Abdul Hamid, Deputy Chief Minister I of Penang, Senator Mr. Amir Bin Md Ghazali, Member of Parliament, Mr. Johari Shafie, Chairman of Penang War Museum, Mr. Lai Shengliang, Deputy Director of the Museum of the War of Chinese People's Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, Dato' Seri Chuang Keng Kung, Chairman of the Management Committee of Penang Overseas Chinese Volunteer Drivers and Mechanics and War Victims in the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression Monument, and other guests.
