On December 19, Consul General Zhao Xiuzhen met with Davao City Tourism Operations Office OIC, Ms. Jennifer Romero, Davao City Investment Promotion Center Unit Head, Mr. Christian Cambaya, as well as  members of Davao City Chinatown Development Council and localChinese communities in a courtesy call.    Consul General Zhao Xiuzhen was briefed on Davao City Chinatown's development plan and expressed willingness to jointly cooperate with the City Government, Davao City Chinatown Development Council, and Chinese communities to contribute to complementing the City's Chinatown with more Chinese characteristics.
