Chinese Consul General in Penang Zhou Youbin Meets with the Macao Youth English Speech Learning and Exchange Group

On December 23, Chinese Consul General in Penang H. E. Mr. Zhou Youbin met with 23 members of the Macao Youth English Speech Learning and Exchange Group. Also present was the head of delegation and the Vice President of Macao Chinese Youth Advancement Association Mr. Leong Ka Kit.
