Chief Minister of Penang, YAB Chow Kon Yeow, Malaysian Deputy Minister of Finance, YB Lim Hui Ying, Chairman of Penang Chinese Clan Council, Mr. Ho Swee Choon, Penang State Executive Councillor (EXCO), YB Wong Hon Wai, Penang State Legislative Assemblymen, YB Teh Lai Heng, and YB Wong Yuee Harng also attended the ceremony.
