On 13th January, H.E. Xiao Jianguo, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Brunei Darussalam paid a courtesy call upon Yang Dimuliakan Pehin Orang Kaya Pekerma Dewa Dato Seri Setia Lim Jock Seng, former minister at the PMO and Minister II of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Brunei Darussalam. Ambassador Xiao extended his best wishes for the upcoming Spring Festival to Pehin Lim and thanked him for his important contributions to bilateral relations and practical cooperation during his tenure, and expected Pehin Lim’s continued care and support for the development of bilateral relations and friendship.

Pehin Lim thanked Ambassador Xiao for his visit, introduced the history of bilateral relations, and believed that bilateral ties will step up to a new stage with joint efforts from the two sides.
