On 11st February, Consul General Kong visited Mahatma Gandhi Antarrashtriya Hindi Vishwa Vidyalaya in Wardha, holding talks and exchanges with Pro.Krishna Kumar Singh, Vice Chancellor and Dr. Anirban Ghosh, professor of Chinese Language and other professors. He attended the ribbon cutting ceremony for the Chinese culture exhibition, and gave a lecture on "What is China" to the teachers and students.
Consul General Kong presented the latest achievements in China's economic and social development with detailed data and cases, and explained the historical, theoretical and practical logic behind China's economic achievements by introducing a brief history of China’s reform and opening up. Finally, from the perspective of China and India's ancient history and 2.8 billion population, Mr. Kong pointed out that the cooperation between the two countries is of great significance to realizing their respective development goals and promoting the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.
The students asked questions about China's economy and China-India cooperation. Mr. Kong answered them one by one. The atmosphere was warm and friendly.
