On March 1,2025, the Chinese Embassy in Samoa and the Ministryof Health of Samoa jointly organized free medical and agriculturalservices for Savaii islanders, by China Medical Team specialists and SCATAP (Samoa-China Agricultural Aid Project) experts. Ambassador Fei Mingxing and Minister of Health Valasi Selesele addressed the participatingvillagers.

Ambassador Fei acknowledged the dedication of the specialists and experts, and looked forward to the in-depth cooperation between China and Samoa. Minister Valasi thanked China for its friendship and help to Samoa, praised the specialists and experts for their outstanding services, and expressed willingness to continuously promote the practical cooperation between the two countries.

The on-site services includedmedical examinations and farming consultations, which were warmly welcomed.
