On March 19, Consul General Wang Baodong attended the Pritzker China-US Museum Leadership Forum and delivered an opening speech on China-US Relations Now and Impact on Cultural Exchanges Next.

Consul General Wang said that this forum is the biggest seminar jointly organized by the museum circles of both China and the United States in recent years. At present, China-US relations and human civilization have once again come to a crossroads. Museums are important windows for the exchange and mutual learning of civilizations, and have unique advantages in promoting the exchange of civilizations between China and foreign countries. It is hoped that the museum circles of China and the United States take Xi Jinping Thought on Culture as a guide to promote exchange and integration of civilizations and break the "Clash of Civilizations", so as to play a positive role in promoting China-US cultural relationship and building a community with a shared future for mankind.

Dr. David Pritzker, Director of the Pritzker Art Collaborative, and Mr. Li Jinguang, Secretary General of the Chinese Museums Association, delivered speeches on behalf of the event co-organizers and signed an MoU on future cooperation. Directors, curators and experts from more than 20 well-known museums and universities in China and the United States exchanged views and held discussions during the forum.
