On March 21st, Mr. Li Yang, Chargé d'Affaires of the Chinese Embassy in Ghanaattended the handover ceremony of Annex Office Building Project for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.Minister for Foreign Affairs Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwaand other Ghanaian officials attended.

Mr. Li Yangstated that the handover of the project was an important manifestation of the development of China-Ghana relations and the deepening of friendship, and it was a symbol of implementing the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries and the outcomes of the FOCAC Summit in Beijing.

Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa expressed his gratitude to China for its long-term support and assistance to Ghana's economic and social development. Ghana is willing to further deepen friendship and promote mutual benefit and win-win results.

Mr. Li Yang and Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwasigned the handover certificates on behalf of the Chinese and Ghanaian governments.
