On April 22th, 2025, Acting Consul General to Willemstad Mr. Wang Fanfu hosted Consular Protection Conference in Curacao World Trade Center. About 100 representatives of KPC, media and local Chinese communities were present.

Acting Consul General Wang reminded overseas Chinese citizens to enhance safety awareness as several robberies have been occurred in Curaçao recently, run business legally and integrate into the local society. Mr. Wang expressed gratitude to KPC for their efforts to maintain public order and protect overseas Chinese' safety.

The police officers briefed on the recent security situation, detailed the characteristics and commonalities of recent cases, shared useful self-protection tips, and answered the attendees' questions.

Attendees expressed their gratitude to Chinese Consulate for the timeliness and effectiveness of the conference.
