On April 25, Ambassador Hou Yue attended the premiere of the Chinese animated film Ne Zha 2 and watched the film together with over 300 Norwegian movie fans.
In her speech, Ambassador Hou stated that Ne Zha 2 told the touching story of Ne Zha breaking through prejudice and defying fate, showcasing the Chinese people's deep understanding of family, friendship, and responsibility, as well as their unwavering pursuit of justice and a harmonious world. The film is packed with AI and image technology, reflecting the development of China's cultural industry and technological innovation in recent years. She emphasized that film is a bridge for enhancing mutual understanding and conveying friendship, and hoped that more Chinese films would be brought to Norway, allowing Norwegian friends to experience the richness of Chinese culture. She also welcomed the audiences to follow in Ne Zha’s footsteps and visit the vibrant and charming China.
The film has been available in Norway since April 25th and will be screened in Oslo, Bergen, Stavanger, and other cities.
