On May 13, Ambassador Yin Chengwu met with Hon. Sirleaf R. Tyler, Minister of Transport of the Republic of Liberia.

Yin outlined the current state of China-Liberia relations, expressing China’s readiness to actively implement the consensus reached by the two heads of state and advance the outcomes of the FOCAC Beijing Summit, with the aim of further strengthening practical economic and trade collaboration in transportation sector, and steadily deepening the strategic partnership between the two countries.

Taylor extended gratitude for China's long-standing contributions to Liberia's development and reaffirmed unwavering adherence to the One-China principle, voiced aspirations to deepen bilateral cooperation in transportation sector.
