On May 18th 2025, Consul General Mr. Liu Jun was invited to attend the inaugural Delphi Forum (Slemani) and participated in the panel discussion under the title of "Kurdistan's Economic Potential: Insights from International Partners".

CG Liu emphasized China’s commitment to the mutual beneficial cooperation with Iraq including KRI under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative, reaffirming China's readiness to enhance experience sharing with KRI to cultivate its immense potential, so as to better promote economic growth and modernization.
