On June 4, the Chinese Embassy in The Gambia held the 5th China-Gambia Bantaba. H.E. Ambassador Liu Jin exchanged views with Gambian media professionals recently returned from China, discussing their experiences and impressions.

Ambassador Liu Jin stated that to implement the outcomes of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) summit and enhance mutual understanding between the two peoples of both nations, the Embassy has invited Gambian friends from all walks of life to undergo training in China and continuously held China-Gambia Bantaba,and that the Embassy would continue inviting more Gambian friends to visit China, fostering their understanding and affection, and jointly promoting China-Gambia friendship.

The Gambian attendees stated that the China experience had profoundly deepened their understanding of China. They pledged to leverage their professional roles to serve as envoys of China-Gambia friendship.
