On June 23, Ambassador Yin Chengwu met with Hon.Sekou M Kromah, Liberian Minister of Posts and Telecommunications.

Ambassador Yin briefed on the Ministerial Meeting of Coordinators on the Implementation of the Outcomes of the Beijing Summit of FOCAC (Forum on China-Africa Cooperation) and the China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo, indicating that China is willing to work with Liberia to strengthen cooperation in the field of information and communication technology (ICT) in order to promote the development of the strategic partnership between the two countries. 

Hon.Sekou M Kromah thanked China for its long-term support for the development of Liberia, and conveyed his hope that the two countries would continue to strengthen cooperation in the ICT sector to promote the Liberia ARREST agenda.
