Chinese Ambassador to Australia Xiao Qian Investigates Cooperation between Chinese Enterprises and Victoria

On August 12th and 13th, Ambassador Xiao Qian visited Ausnutria in Victoria and the Royal Victorian Aero Club respectively.

Ambassador Xiao listened to reports on Ausnutria's investment operations, daily production, and product research in Australia. He also learned about Starair's export of light trainer aircraft to the Royal Victorian Aero Club, and its future development plans. Ambassador Xiao noted that China and Australia have highly complementary economies. With Prime Minister Albanese's successful visit to China, practical cooperation between the two countries face new development opportunities. He expressed hope that Chinese enterprises will leverage their strengths and work with Australia to expand new areas of cooperation, thereby better benefiting both countries and their people.

Ausnutria was established in Hunan Province in 2003. Currently, Ausnutria produces nutritional supplements and infant formula in Australia. Starair was established in Hunan Province in 2008. It focuses on the research and production of light aircraft, UAVs, etc. It is an important partner of the Royal Victorian Aero Club.
