On 5th September 2025, Ambassador Lin Nan attended a Workshop on Commemorating the 80th Anniversary of the Victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War held at the National library. 

She pointed out that China's War of Resistance, as an integral part of the World Anti-Fascist War, holds significant historical standing and global importance. 

China stands ready to work with Seychelles to uphold the outcomes of the World Anti-Fascist War, implement the consensus reached by our two heads of state, focus on practical cooperation, promote mutual learning and inclusiveness, advance the China-Seychelles strategic partnership to new heights, and contribute to world peace and stability.
