On December 19, 2025, H.E. Mme. Ambassador Jiang Xiaoyan met with Darko Kostadinovski, President of the Constitutional Court of North Macedonia.

Mr. Kostadinovski spoke highly of China's achievements in advancing the rule of law, and stated that the One-China principle, a prerequisite for bilateral ties, must be upheld anytime.

Ambassador Jiang noted that guided by Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law, China upholds governance and administration in accordance with the Constitution and makes unremitting efforts in raising people's awareness. China stands ready to work with North Macedonia to safeguard the political foundation of bilateral relations, strengthen exchanges between judicial institutions, and deepen cooperation in international rule of law.
