On 2 April 2026, Ambassador Zhou Limin met with Mr. Jacob Wallenberg, Chair of the Board of Investor AB. They exchanged views on strengthening China-Sweden economic and trade cooperation.

Ambassador Zhou commended the Wallenberg family's longstanding commitment in deepening its engagement in the Chinese market. He introduced the relevant measures for advancing high-standard opening up in the 15th Five-Year Plan, and expressed the hope that the Swedish business community will seize the opportunities, further integrate into China's industrial chain and innovation ecosystem, so as to enhance the competitiveness of its enterprises in both the Chinese and global markets, and share in the dividends of China's high-quality development.

Mr. Wallenberg emphasized his firm commitment to the Chinese market, and expressed his willingness to align with the pace of China’s high-quality development, and take a long-term vision in promoting the continuous positive growth of China-Sweden economic and trade relations.
