On May 6, Ambassador Hou Yue attended the annual conference of Skift upon invitation and held exchanges with CEO of Skift member enterprises, as well as representatives from the Norwegian Government, Parliament and research institutions.

Ambassador Hou shared China’s practices and experience in green development and noted that climate change stands as the most imminent threat facing humanity and the green transition is the trend of times. Guided by the concept of lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets, China pursues high-quality economic development through green and low-carbon transition. China and Norway share similar visions and boast complementary strengths in sustainable development, we should further deepen mutually beneficial cooperation and continue to jointly contribute to the global transition.
