Xi Jinping Returns to Beijing after Attending UN Climate Change Conference in Paris, Paying State Visits to Zimbabwe and South Africa and Chairing FOCAC Summit in Johannesburg of South Africa

On the afternoon of December 6, 2015, after attending the United Nations (UN) Climate Change Conference in Paris, paying state visits to Zimbabwe and South Africa and chairing the Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) in Johannesburg of South Africa, President Xi Jinping returned to Beijing.

President Xi Jinping's wife Mme. Peng Liyuan, Member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and Director of the Policy Research Office of the CPC Central Committee Wang Huning, Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, Member of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee and Director of the General Office of the CPC Central Committee Li Zhanshu, State Councilor Yang Jiechi and other members of the Chinese delegation arrived by the same plane.

On the evening of December 5 local time, Xi Jinping left Johannesburg of South Africa for China. Upon his departure, Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Maite Nkoana-Mashabane and other senior governmental officials of South Africa saw him off at the airport.
