Both sides agree to deepen dialogues and exchanges in foreign policies and multilateral affairs, jointly advance the construction of Forum between China and the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States and strengthen communication and coordination within the Forum for East Asia-Latin America Cooperation. Both sides will, on the basis of equality and mutual benefit, carry out cooperation in economy and trade, investment, production capacity, infrastructure and other areas as well as continue to strengthen cooperation under the APEC framework.
