Vice Foreign Minister Ma Zhaoxu pointed out that under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, especially Xi Jinping Thought on Diplomacy, China's arms control diplomacy has made great achievements. Under the new circumstances, there is great potential for arms control and disarmament work. He expressed the hope that the CACDA will make new and greater contributions to promoting major-country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics.
