Assistant Foreign Minister Liu Bin Attends Reception for the Republic Day of Kazakhstan

On October 31, 2025, Assistant Foreign Minister Liu Bin, upon invitation, attended the Republic Day reception hosted by the Embassy of Kazakhstan in China.

Liu Bin congratulated on the Republic Day of Kazakhstan and stated that under the strategic guidance of President Xi Jinping and President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, the development of China-Kazakhstan relations has yielded fruitful results. This year, the two heads of state met twice and reached broad common understandings. Last week, the fourth plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was successfully convened, which made top-level design and strategic planning for China's economic and social development during the 15th Five-Year Plan period, and also brought new opportunities for promoting mutually beneficial cooperation between China and other countries in the world. China is ready to enhance coordination and communication with all parties, including Kazakhstan, deepen mutually beneficial cooperation, promote the building of a more just and equitable global governance system, and work together towards a community with a shared future for humanity.

Ambassador of Kazakhstan to China Nuryshev Shakhrat stated that the friendship and mutual trust between Kazakhstan and China are increasingly solid, and the cooperation continues to be enriched. This year, there have been frequent high-level exchanges between the two countries, elevating Kazakhstan-China relations to a new level. The two sides have achieved fruitful results in cooperation in economy and trade, energy, transportation, finance, and people-to-people and cultural exchanges, and continue to deepen international collaboration. Kazakhstan is willing to work with China to carry forward good-neighborliness and friendship, and promote the Kazakhstan-China permanent comprehensive strategic partnership to a new height.
