Gao Youzhen has been appointed ambassador to Qatar, replacing Zhang Zhiliang.

Hu Zhiqiang has been appointed ambassador to Chad, replacing Yang Guangyu.

Xia Huang has been appointed ambassador to Senegal, replacing Gong Yuanxing.
