The article introduces the significant outcomes of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, stating that this meeting has sent many important messages, including China staying committed to reform and opening-up, high-quality development, people-centered reform, and comprehensive and systematic reform. This meeting has opened a new chapter of China's modernization through future reform and opening up, and will create new opportunities for the world's development.
