On November 22, Yin Chengwu, Chinese Ambassador to Liberia,was invited to attend the Relaunch of the Office of the President Domestic Scholarship Program. The program was also attended by H.E. Joseph Nyuma Boakai, President of Liberia, Hon. Sylvester M. Grigsby, Minister of State of Liberia and other senior officials, as well as representatives of young Liberian students.

Ambassador Yin congratulated Liberia on relaunching the Domestic Scholarship Program, briefing on educational exchanges between China and Liberia in recent years, especially China's provision of scholarships to Liberia, and expressing China's willingness to further strengthen educational cooperation with Liberia to promote the continuous development of relations between the two countries.

President Boakai delivered a remark in which he urged the young students of Liberia to study hard, unite their efforts and serve the country upon completion of their studies.
