On February 9, Chinese Consul General in Penang Zhou Youbin attended Penang and Province Wellesley United Chinese School Management Association Chinese New Year Open House. Also present were Chief Minister of Penang YAB Chow Kon Yeow, Speaker of Penang State Legislative Assembly Dato' Seri Law Choo Kiang, Penang State Executive Councillor (EXCO) YB Wong Hon Wai, YB Gooi Zi Sen, and Chairman of the Penang and Province Wellesley United Chinese School Management Association Mr. Lee Tiam Lim.
