On 26 February, 2025, Consul General Zhao Xiuzhen invited teachers and students from Davao Christian High Schoolto the Consulate General.

Consul General Zhao Xiuzhen interacted cordially with the students, briefly introduced the various aspects of her work, emphasizing that the establishment of the Consulate General reflects the weight of Mindanao and Davao City in the heart of the Chinese government. She expressed hope that the younger generation couldgain a deeper understanding of China and Chinese culture and serve as a bridge for Sino-Philippines friendship.
