On September 18, Chinese Ambassador to Tanzania H.E. Chen Mingjian met with Tanzanian Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation Amb. Dr. Samwel William Shelukindo in Dar es Salaam. They exchanged views on bilateral and multilateral cooperation, the implementation of the outcomes of the FOCAC Beijing Summit and Global Governance Initiative.
