On 24 December 2025, H.E. Mme. Ambassador Jiang Xiaoyan visited Krivogaštani and met with Mayor Igor Karaviloski.

Ambassador Jiang noted that under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization, China pursues a green development path. It has become a consensus among the whole society that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets. China stands ready to share experience with North Macedonia in green industries, rural revitalization and ecological conservation, and work together to promote harmonious coexistence between humanity and nature.
