The 4th China-India Youth Dialogue, co-hosted by the Chinese Embassy in India and the Confederation of Young Leaders of India (CYL), was held in New Delhi on March 26, 2026. More than 200 representatives from various sectors including Chinese and Indian youth, political parties, business, arts, sports and media attended.

Ambassador Xu Feihong delivered a keynote speech, stating that the development of bilateral relations requires not only the strategic guidance of our leaders, but also the mutual understanding and affinity between peoples, especially among young generations. The more the youth know about each other, the more mutual trust the bilateral relationship will have. The more the youth interact with each other, the more connected the peoples of the two countries will be. Welcome more Indian youth to visit China and personally experience the vibrant landscape of Chinese modernization, thereby helping to foster a more objective and rational perception among the two peoples. Chinese and Indian youth should deepen exchanges and cooperation in fields such as artificial intelligence, digital economy and green technology, and work together to turn our innovative vitality into a strong driver of development for both countries. It is hoped that the youth of both countries would actively participate in activities under multilateral frameworks such as BRICS and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), jointly writing a new chapter in China-India relations.
Mr. Anil Antony, national Secretary and national Spokesperson of BJP, Mr. Mohammed Saqib, founder and secretary General of India China Economic and Cultural Council, Mr. Himadrish Suwan, chairman of the CYL, Mr. Bibin Babu, director General of the CYL, Mr. Ronjan Sodhi, Indian premier double trap shooter, Ms. Nazia Vasi, founder and CEO of the Inchin Closer and Mr. Zhang Hailin, First Secretary of Chinese Embassy praised the China-India Youth Dialogue for being a flagship platform for Track-II exchanges, providing a valuable opportunity for young people to enhance mutual understanding and interaction. They emphasized that strengthening exchanges between youth will create miracles and promote mutual achievement and common development between the two ancient civilizations.
Chinese and Indian youth representatives performed together, presenting a cross-border audio-visual feast that won rounds of applause.
