On August 1, the Chinese Enterprises Association (Tanzania) hosted the 13th Basketball Tournament in Dar es Salaam. Chinese Ambassador H.E. Chen Mingjian and Tanzanian Permanent Secretary Hon. Gerson Msigwa from the Ministry of Information, Culture, Arts and Sports attended the event and made remarks. 11 teams from Chinese companies, Stanbic Bank (Tanzania) and the Chinese Embassy participated.

The Chinese Enterprises Association (Tanzania), established in 2023, has 70 member companies and over 6000 Chinese employees.
