On September 23th, the Chinese Embassy in Albania held a reception celebrating the 77th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China. H.E. Ms. Pang Chunxue, Chinese Ambassador to Albania delivered remarks. Over 400 guests including foreign diplomats, overseas Chinese, representatives of Chinese institutes and local friends from various sectors attended the reception.
