On the morning of July 11, 2025, Premier Li Qiang of the State Council returned to Beijing by chartered plane after wrapping up his official visit to Egypt.

Upon departing from Cairo, Li Qiang was seen off at the airport by Egyptian Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade Hassan El Khatib and Chinese Ambassador to Egypt Liao Liqiang, among others.
