Li Keqiang said that China and Russia have intensified bilateral high-level exchanges, and constantly deepened practical cooperation, with the outcomes benefiting the two peoples. The 22nd China-Russia Prime Ministers' Regular Meeting held not long ago reached a number of new and important cooperation consensus. Both sides should deeply integrate development strategies, and add more cooperation highlights to the development of China-Russia relations.

Li Keqiang pointed out that against the backdrop of the picking up of world economy and trade, China and Russia should seize the opportunity to promote trade and investment liberalization and facilitation. Dmitry Medvedev expressed that Russia and China have maintained frequent high-level exchanges, and made constant progress in practical cooperation, which fully show that Russia-China comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination is running at a high level. The Russian side is happy to see the positive outcomes achieved at the 16th meeting of the Council of the SCO Heads of Government (Prime Ministers), and stands ready to, together with China, jointly push forward the development of Russia-China relations.
