Luo Shigao (03/1905-08/1995), born in Dapu, Guangdong Province, was Vice President of the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and member of the CPC Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) (vice-ministerial level).
