A: The second round of presidential election of Peru held on May 28 is the internal affair of Peru. The Chinese Government respects the choice of the Peruvian people. We are ready to work together with the Peruvian Government under the leadership of President Fujimori for the further development of the friendly relations and cooperation between China and Peru.
