From November 15 to 16, 2022, Special Envoy Zhai Jun of the Chinese Government on the Middle East Issue visited Kuwait, and met respectively with Kuwaiti Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Salem Abdullah Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and Acting Deputy Foreign Minister and Assistant Foreign Minister for Asian Affairs Waleed Ali Al-Khubeizi. They exchanged views on bilateral relations, the building of the China-Arab States Cooperation Forum, and international and regional issues of mutual interest and concern.
