On March 25, 2021, Assistant Foreign Minister Wu Jianghao met with new Ambassador of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) to China Ri Ryong Nam. The two sides exchanged views on China-DPRK relations and issues of common concern. Both sides said they will enhance communication and coordination, implement the important consensus reached by the top leaders of the two parties and countries, and push forward China-DPRK relations.
