On July 30, 2025, Assistant Foreign Minister Liu Bin, upon invitation, attended a reception hosted by the Embassy of Morocco in China to commemorate the anniversary of King Mohammed VI's accession to the throne.

Liu Bin congratulated King Mohammed VI on the 26th anniversary of his accession to the throne, stating that under the strategic guidance of the two heads of state, the China-Morocco strategic partnership has maintained high-level development. China is ready to work with Morocco to fully implement the important common understandings reached by the two heads of state, continue the traditional friendship, strengthen political mutual trust, deepen exchanges and cooperation in various fields, and jointly explore a brighter future for bilateral relations.
